Identity Requirements

A government issued ID with a photo and signature is required at time of appointment, such as a driver license, passport, military ID, non-driver photo ID.

Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) Requirements

The online notary platform requires you pass the KBA which is an authentication method where you MUST enter the last four digits of your SSN and answer the personal questions before you can proceed with the online notary appointment.
